Coloring tips

Start by coloring the smallest scales to clearly define the areas before tackling the large wings. Use a fine-tip marker to outline the horns to give your dragon a more imposing and realistic look.

Color ideas

Use shades of emerald green and gold for a classic look, or try gradients of purple and electric blue for a mysterious ice dragon.

Extra activity

Invent a short story about the treasure this dragon is protecting and draw the precious objects hidden under its claws.
